What Is Agnes?

Approved by the Korean Food & Drug Administration (KFDA), Agnes has proven safety and efficacy.

It protects the skin surface while selectively targeting and destroying only the problematic sebaceous glands,

reducing the number of sessions needed and enhancing patient-centered outcomes.

There is minimal post-treatment dryness or sensitivity, so side effects are virtually nonexistent.

Fundamental Acne Treatment

Low Recurrence Rate

A specially designed insulated micro-needle is inserted into the skin to selectively remove only the targeted glands.

Proven Safety

Equipment is KFDA-approved and CE-certified in Europe.

Time & Cost Savings

Satisfactory results can often be achieved in just 1-3 sessions, dramatically reducing both time and cost by lowering recurrence.

Minimal Discomfort

Because there is almost no dryness or sensitivity immediately post-treatment, patients can return to daily life with no downtime.

Medi Handpiece

Uses radiofrequency to gently loosen and express any residual debris after the initial ablation.

How Agnes Works
Acne Handpiece

Acne Handpiece

An insulated micro-needle delivers radiofrequency (RF) energy to selectively eliminate specific sebaceous glands prone to inflammation.

Insulated Needle

Insulated Needle

The insulated needle prevents epidermal irritation or burns, ensuring a safe and effective treatment.

Agnes Q&A

Typically, a second treatment follows 1-2 months after the first. If acne recurs after several months, a third session may be recommended.

Pain tolerance varies, but with topical anesthesia applied beforehand, you should feel only a mild stinging. Redness and warmth may occur immediately after.

The face has tens of thousands of glands; targeting only a few hundred problematic ones won’t cause dryness. Normal oil regulation remains intact, and you may even see improved skin texture and elasticity from collagen regeneration.

Redness and warmth subside within about a week, and you can assess results after one month. Acne outside the treated area can still occur, so follow-up treatments every 1–2 months are advised. On average, three sessions effectively control acne and recurrence.

Post-Treatment Precautions
1

Expect some swelling and redness for 2-3 days post-treatment.

2

Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise for about a week.

3

Apply ample moisturizer if you experience tightness or dryness.

4

Protect from UV exposure and apply sunscreen diligently.

5

Do not use scrubs or exfoliants on the treated area.
